SEO & Paid Search Marketing Specialist (Remote)

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO & Paid Search Marketing Specialist to help us reach more customers online. This is a key role for someone who lives and breathes search engine optimization and paid digital advertising. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our website, optimizing our online visibility, and ensuring that every marketing dollar delivers maximum ROI.
This is a remote position for a results-oriented marketer who combines technical SEO expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for improved search engine visibility.
• Monitor and improve site performance (technical SEO, page speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness).
• Track, analyze, and report on organic search rankings and traffic trends using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Paid Search & Advertising:
• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Shopping).
• Optimize paid advertising efforts for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Test ad copy, keywords, and targeting to maximize conversions and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to drive measurable growth.
Collaboration & Content Strategy:
• Work with the marketing team to align SEO and paid search strategies with content creation.
• Provide guidance on landing page optimization for lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience managing SEO and Google Ads campaigns
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and running profitable paid search campaigns
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, link building, and technical SEO best practices
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills to measure performance and ROI
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
