Responsibilities Include: • Managing customer onboarding and implementation processes • Providing ongoing support and strategic guidance to clients • Monitoring and analyzing customer health metrics • Developing and delivering training sessions and resources • Identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention What You'll Do As a Customer Success Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our customers' success.
