Description: • Provide assistance and support to clients remotely. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via remote channels. • Assist clients with booking reservations and providing travel information. • Provide personalized recommendations to enhance travel experiences. • Liaise with internal teams to ensure resolution of client issues. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. • Monitor client feedback and implement strategies for improvement. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support effectiveness.
