Job Title: Remote India: International EdTech Sales Representative Location: REMOTE: INDIA Description: In this remote position, youÂll help parents and students from around the world experience personalized learning journey. This hybrid sales model combines the best of inside-sales and direct-sales approaches, allowing you to reach and inspire international customers from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: ? Generate new sales opportunities by making outbound calls, with a strong phone presence to connect with a high volume of potential customers (parents and students) daily. ? Engage in consultative selling to understand and create customer needs, demonstrating company's unique value in youth education. ? Conduct engaging, virtual demo sessions to introduce parents and students to various courses. ? Counsel prospective students and their parents on the benefits of entrepreneurial education and help identify the areas where students could focus or improve. ? Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as per business requirements. ? Quickly respond to assigned leads to maximize sales potential. ? Meet weekly and monthly performance metrics in a dynamic, six-day working environment. ? Conduct consistent outbound calls and virtual presentations throughout the day to drive sales and customer engagement. Requirements: ? Education: Graduate in any discipline or equivalent; business/education backgrounds preferred. ? Experience: Minimum of 3 years in international inside-sales, ideally within EdTech or education sales. ? Strong understanding of international educational systems and academic progression. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability in negotiation and relationship-building. ? Ability to connect authentically with both parents and students, using relatable examples to build rapport. ? High-level customer service skills and experience in consultative selling. ? Technical Requirements: PC/Laptop, reliable high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi/LAN), and essential computer skills. ?
