Job Overview In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing compassionate support to patients while working flexibly from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities • Assess potential patients through effective questioning to ascertain their suitability for our dental implant solutions. • Deliver empathetic support, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with clarity and professionalism. • Manage inquiries and leads from various channels, ensuring timely responses and fostering strong relationships. • Achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and activities, focusing exclusively on warm leads—no cold calling involved. • Utilize CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM and Open Dental to track patient interactions and maintain organized records. • Collaborate with colleagues in sales and marketing to align on patient needs and provide exceptional service. Required Skills • Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the healthcare or dental sector. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing empathy and professionalism. • Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in an independent work environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is advantageous) and standard office software. • A collaborative mindset, enabling effective teamwork in a remote setting. Qualifications • A background in customer service or sales is preferred, particularly in healthcare or dental services. • Demonstrated communication skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
