Position: Maintenance Worker
Location: Dallas, Texas

Qualifications: • 1 to 2 years of experience in property maintenance, handywork, or related fields. • Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs independently. • Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of property management software is a plus. • Willingness to be on call for urgent repairs.

Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs at our short-term rental properties, ensuring everything is in top condition for guests. • Troubleshoot and fix minor issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions, and HVAC system maintenance. • Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays, ensuring all units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next guest. • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for more extensive repairs and improvements, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly. • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve them to maintain guest satisfaction. • Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensure they are stocked for efficient operations. • Collaborate with property management to ensure all properties meet safety and compliance standards. • Perform general handywork tasks, including painting, fixing appliances, furniture assembly, and landscaping as needed.

Benefits:
• Competitive hourly wage or salary, based on experience and qualifications.
• $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
