As a Full Time First Choice Route Supervisor at Viking Coca-Cola in Rice Lake, WI, you will lead a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Supervise and mentor First Choice route personnel, offering guidance and support while ensuring consistent operating procedures. Your role includes maintaining inventory control, managing spoilage, and monitoring machine shortages, all while adhering to best practices for quality customer service. You'll ride routes three days a week, conducting P.R.I.D.E inspections, and stepping in to run relief routes as needed. Collaborate with Cold Drink Representatives and managers on account follow-ups, ensuring planograms and brand orders are met efficiently.

You'll be responsible for inspecting and scheduling vehicle maintenance, overseeing Stream ware procedures, and addressing any Dex issues. Your commitment to excellence will help guarantee that First Choice Food & Beverage Solutions' customers receive top-notch service every single time!

What You Need To Be Successful

To thrive as a Full Time First Choice Route Supervisor at Viking Coca-Cola, you must possess a diverse skill set that enhances your effectiveness in this dynamic role. Strong communication skills are essential for guiding and mentoring your team while ensuring clarity in operational procedures. Basic math skills are necessary for accurate inventory counting, while excellent eye and hand coordination will aid you in efficiently filling machines. A valid Class C driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check are vital, as your driving skills must be paired with a thorough understanding of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.

Additionally, your organizational abilities and writing skills will come into play when completing essential paperwork. Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are
