What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Consult with leaders to understand the requirements and qualifications for vacant positions
• Screen and select qualified candidates for the interviewing phase
• Conduct reference and credential checks to verify candidate backgrounds
• Organize and attend job fairs and other networking opportunities
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• At least two years of human resources or related experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for conducting interviews
• Strong organizational skills
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus
• Experience with Workday is a plus
