We are looking for a skilled Quality Automation Tester to join our team. As a key member of the testing team, you will collaborate with functional leads, software developers, and product owners to perform thorough analysis and testing. Your role will include reviewing functional specifications and creating test scripts to ensure that solutions meet the business requirements and perform at their best.

Skills
• Proven experience in creating software test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data conditions
• Strong ability to coordinate with software development or systems engineering teams to meet project goals
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with Agile development environments (nice-to-have)
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks effectively (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities
• Create, modify, and execute test plans and scripts in support of SIT, Regression, and UAT activities
• Analyze issues and defects, providing actionable feedback to improve quality
• Collaborate closely with software developers, functional analysts, product owners, and the scrum team to plan and coordinate functional testing
• Author and maintain detailed software test cases, procedures, and scripts in line with best practices
• Write comprehensive test reports and track defects throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in discussions with Product Owners and Functional Analysts to understand acceptance criteria and assist in required testing activities
• Conduct demonstrations of the functionality for clients at the end of each iteration
• Assist in the development of user guides and training materials to help end-users understand new features

Qualifications
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management, or relevant work experience
• Proven experience in creating software test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data conditions
• Strong ability to coordinate with software development or systems engineering teams to meet project goals

Education Requirements
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management, or relevant work experience

Education Requirements Credential Category
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field

Experience Requirements
• Proven experience in creating software test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data conditions
