The Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative at ResultsCX is responsible for assisting customers with their home improvement projects by providing exceptional customer service. This role involves training on-site in Lakeland, FL, before transitioning to remote work. Representatives will handle online orders, coordinate delivery and installation of appliances, and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

• Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and online chat.

• Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens to assist customers.

• Resolve customer issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems.

Nice-to-haves
• Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week.

• Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL.
