Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Proven customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
