As a Work-from-Home Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them in resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience through live chat support. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
Excellent written communication skills and typing proficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
