Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ascertain their travel preferences, budget, and needs.
• Research, organize, and facilitate various travel arrangements, including but not limited to hotel accommodations, car rentals, airfare, cruises, and activity bookings.
• Prepare and present quotes, itineraries, and invoices to clients in a timely and organized manner.
• Stay informed about the latest developments, trends, and regulations within the travel industry to provide clients with accurate information and advice.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.

Qualifications
