In this fully remote position, you will engage with clients and agents, addressing inquiries, processing payments, and managing service requests with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming calls, efficiently researching inquiries and delivering resolutions.
• Process a variety of billing and service requests such as account number updates, payment modifications, premium documentation, refunds, and policy inquiries.
• Manage manual premium payments through checks or direct account withdrawals.
• Address information requests and oversee public website inquiries.
• Conduct insurance verifications and follow up on outstanding items or funds.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (mandatory).
• Preferred: At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Experience in insurance or call center environments is advantageous.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage a demanding workload.
• Willingness to work overtime on occasion.

Qualifications
• An Associate's degree in business or a related field.
