As a Live Chat Operator, you'll work full-time from the comfort of your own home, helping customers via email, live chat, and electronic message boards. This role requires a commitment to providing timely and effective customer support, ensuring a seamless shopping and support experience.
Role Details:
Daily Tasks:
Log into the business's chat application, respond to customer messages, and assist with queries related to product selection and troubleshooting.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions.
Support:
A chat supervisor will be available to assist with any complex customer queries.
Specifications:
Contract Length:
Open-ended with no fixed term.
Rate:
$35 per hour.
Requirements:
Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop), ability to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and a reliable internet connectivity.
Hours:
Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
