Position Overview:
Elite Tutoring Academy is seeking a dedicated and versatile full-time Online Account Manager who is committed to prioritizing the job and ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, have a flexible approach to tasks, and possess a solid work history in similar roles. This remote position requires availability from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain client accounts, processing charges and payments with precision using QuickBooks and Excel. • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies. • Generate detailed financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about account-related matters. • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes.

Requirements: • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role. • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Dedicated, flexible, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and reliably, putting the job first. • Reliable internet connection and a backup plan for power/internet outages.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the education or tutoring industry. • Familiarity with payroll processes and hour tracking. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team.
