Responsibilities: • A key factor in maintaining customer satisfaction is to have a comprehensive understanding of the products on offer, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues to guarantee excellent sales assistance • Meeting sales targets, creating memorable customer interactions, and meeting operational standards are all part of successful retail management • Ensuring that you are on track to achieve your personal and professional objectives requires a strategic approach and a devoted mindset • Engages with each customer by inquiring about their needs through open-ended questions • The Capability to Acquire and Disseminate Product Knowledge and Trends to Suit Customer Requirements • Demonstrates knowledge of all product information, including current and forthcoming product developments and industry trends • Working together for a common goal and respecting each other's differences can help establish a workplace where everyone feels included and valued

Qualifications: • Retail Experience of Less Than Three Years • Delivering exceptional customer service often comes down to feeling confident and at ease when interacting with customers • Motivated by the inspiration gained from interacting with customers and the excitement of sporting goods, individuals strive for excellent outcomes • Commences executing assignments or undertakings without the need for constant monitoring • Availability during diverse schedules, inclusive of nights, weekends, and holidays, is preferred
