Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Live Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them via live chat channels with inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services. Your primary objective will be to ensure that customers receive prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to their questions while creating a positive customer experience. You will need to develop a deep understanding of our offerings and policies to effectively address the variety of issues that may arise during customer interactions. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving ability will allow you to navigate customer questions efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a high degree of multitasking and the ability to work independently, with a focus on cultivating customer satisfaction. As part of our commitment to providing top-notch service, you will also collaborate with other departments to relay customer feedback and continuously improve our processes. Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions and support.
• Log customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer challenges.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and changes in company policy to better assist customers.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a live chat environment.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Wages: $25.20 - $30.70 Hourly
