We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues through live chat. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with... excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive chat experience. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies. • Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.
