Job OverviewWe are currently looking for two meticulous and dependable Data Entry Specialists to support a prominent healthcare organization through a temporary 6-8 week engagement. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of accuracy, possess the capability to operate autonomously, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
 Review and analyze a substantial volume of medical evaluations.
 Accurately input data into an established database.
 Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure data integrity.
 Uphold strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
 Decode and comprehend medical terminology utilized in evaluations.
 Execute data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
 Leverage Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Dynamics, for data management purposes.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
 Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
 Strong communication and customer service skills.
 Ability to efficiently manage email correspondence and organize files.
 Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is highly advantageous.
Qualifications
 Demonstrated experience in data entry roles.
 A background in education or the university sector is preferred but not mandatory.
