We are seeking a Global Content Specialist for a fully remote contract opportunity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing, curating, and managing content for international markets, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring content is localized and tailored to various audiences. Proficiency in German is a must, as you will be working on projects that require fluency in the language.Key Responsibilities:Create, edit, and manage compelling content across multiple digital platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and guidelines.Adapt content for German-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural relevancy and accuracy, while maintaining brand integrity.Collaborate with global stakeholders to align content strategies with organizational goals and target audience needs. Identify opportunities for content optimization and improvements based on market trends.Oversee the lifecycle of content projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and regional teams.Optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics to measure success. Use data insights to guide content strategy and improvements.Partner with internal teams to ensure global messaging consistency while respecting regional variances.Qualifications and Skills:Native or fluent proficiency in both German and English is required.Proven experience in content creation, strategy, and management, preferably on an international scale. Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) is a plus.Strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to localize content for German-speaking audiences effectively.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance and guide decision-making.Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices to create optimized, high-performing content.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a remote environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a marketing, digital content, or editorial role within international or multilingual teams.Familiarity with additional languages or regional markets is a bonus.Knowledge of tools/software like Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, or social media management platforms.
