<p> Virtual Assistants – Surplus Funds Research & Outreach (Commission-Based Only | Remote)</p><p><br></p><p>J&J Asset Group is hiring motivated Virtual Assistants to join our growing team. These are part-time hours with the potential for full-time pay. It’s a real opportunity with real potential — if you’re ready to commit. </p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking proactive commissioned based Virtual Assistants for our surplus funds business. Key responsibilities include researching and verifying surplus funds availability online, making cold calls to claimants (<strong>the primary task)</strong> and completing due diligence. Strong English communication skills with good pronunciation are required, along with the ability to interact respectfully with staff and claimants. <strong>Compensation is per claim,</strong> and we provide basic training to help you get started. International candidates are welcome to apply, however, please ensure you are able to work <strong>U.S. daytime hours in CST</strong> as these hours are non-negotiable. Interviews, onboarding and basic training will all be held in CST time. Thanks.</p><p> </p><p>Basic Requirements:</p><p>• 21+ years or older</p><p>• Strong English-speaking skills (<strong>clear pronunciation required</strong>)</p><p>• Consistent availability during U.S. Central Standard Time (between 10:AM-7:PM CST)</p><p>• Quiet home workspace, reliable internet, and a laptop/desktop</p><p>• Willingness to learn, stay consistent, and follow direction </p><p>• Drive and patience</p><p><br></p><p>⚠️ Please DO NOT Apply If You:</p><ul><li>Are already working full-time and running <strong>multiple</strong> businesses.
