These vehicles range from sea-vessels, community transport, locomotives, fuel tankers and heavy tracks till passenger transportation and delivery vehicles.<br><br><strong>The Role<br><br></strong><strong>You Will Be Responsible For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Conduct onboarding of new sales specialists </li><li>Develop a methodology for working with sales specialists </li><li>Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance; </li><li>Identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted training solutions; </li><li>Audit, monitor and provide critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams; </li><li>Develop new sales skills in the employees; </li><li>Provide regular feedback to the Management; </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Ideal Profile<br><br></strong><ul><li>You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services. </li><li>You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.</li><li>You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments</li><li>You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems<br><br></li></ul><strong>What's on Offer?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work alongside & learn from best in class talent</li><li>Fantastic work culture</li><li>Flexible working options</li></ul>
