<strong>Schedule Options:</strong> 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern
<strong>Location:</strong> Fully Remote



<h3><strong>Position Overview</strong></h3>
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <strong>Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist</strong> to join our remote Customer Support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while performing crucial data entry tasks to support internal Account Management teams, clients, and participants in our Wellness Programs.

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and a client-focused approach.</li>
<li>Accurately input and manage high volumes of data in various software systems.</li>
<li>Support internal teams with administrative and data-related tasks.</li>
<li>Address inbound and outbound customer calls as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while delivering high-quality support.</li>
<li>Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service standards.</li>
</ul>



<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1–2 years of administrative experience in a customer/client-facing role (preferred).</li>
<li><strong>Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li>
<li>Basic proficiency in computer software and web-based applications.</li>
<li>Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Additional Traits:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.</li>
<li>Capable of maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role.</li>

<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>

<li>Previous experience with inbound and outbound customer calls is a plus.</li>
