<strong>Job Title:</strong> Autism Services Navigator<br><br><strong>Licensure:</strong> Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time (Contract-to-hire)<br><br>Are you passionate about supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families? Do you have a background in pediatrics, case management or behavioral health? We’re seeking a dedicated <strong>Autism Services Navigator</strong> to join our team and make a meaningful difference for TRICARE beneficiaries enrolled in the Autism Care Demonstration (ACD).<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Collaborate with families to assess, plan, and coordinate care for children diagnosed with autism.</li><li>Develop and monitor individualized Comprehensive Care Plans (CCPs) to ensure access to quality, cost-effective care.</li><li>Advocate for families by addressing barriers to services and locating specialized resources.</li><li>Provide education on ACD and benefits while facilitating timely enrollment decisions.</li><li>Evaluate case management outcomes to ensure beneficiary satisfaction and compliance with care plans.</li><li>Participate in medical team conferences and coordinate with civilian and military healthcare providers.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>A current unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Registered Nurse.</li><li>Certification in Case Management (CCM) or the ability to obtain certification within four years of hire.</li><li>Minimum of three years of direct clinical care experience with a focus on pediatrics, behavioral health or autism.</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and case management best practices.</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Two years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD or within TRICARE’s ACD program.</li><li>Proven case management experience in a healthcare setting.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join Us?<br><br></strong>As an Autism Services Navigator, you’ll play a critical role in improving the lives of families navigating the complexities of autism care.
