Social Media Comment Moderator for Facebook & Instagram
Description:
Atlas Coffee Club is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Social Media Comment freelancer to help us manage and engage with our community on Facebook and Instagram. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for screening comments on our social media posts, determining if they require a response, and selecting the appropriate pre-written response when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor comments on Atlas Coffee Club’s Facebook and Instagram posts daily.
- Assess whether comments need a response based on provided guidelines.
- Choose and post from a list of pre-written responses when engagement is needed.
- Flag any comments that may require escalation to the customer support or social media management team.
- Maintain a positive and brand-aligned tone in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media management, customer service, or community moderation.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Excellent judgment and the ability to make quick decisions based on guidelines.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
- Availability to check comments throughout the day, including some weekends, if possible.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CS tools like Gorgias or Zendesk.
