Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone and remote access tools ,
- Travel to client sites to troubleshoot and resolve computer issues ,
- Install and configure hardware and software ,
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed in our ticketing system ,
- Learn and develop new technical skills through ongoing training
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older ,
- Valid driver's license, car, and insurance ,
- Ability to lift 50 lbs ,
- Basic Microsoft Windows and/or Macintosh skills ,
- Excellent customer service and communication skills ,
- Ability to learn new technical skills quickly ,
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities ,
- Detail-oriented and organized
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working with customers over the phone ,
