• <strong>Client Communication</strong>: Coordinating launch announcements, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders.<br />
• <strong> Materials Preparation</strong>: Creating professional printed documents and training materials.<br />
• <strong> Database Management</strong>: Acting as Assistant Manager for leadership reports and maintaining database accuracy.<br />
• <strong>Report Distribution</strong>: Sending client reports and ensuring consistent follow-ups.<br />
• <strong> Email Management</strong>: Organizing and prioritizing the VP’s correspondence.<br />
• <strong>Scheduling &amp; Coordination</strong>: Managing calendars, tasks, and meetings for smooth project execution.</p>
