About the position


Join Dynata's Virtual Call Center team as a part-time telephone interviewer and earn extra cash remotely! We are looking for talented call center survey agents to perform outbound surveys from home with respondents and accurately record their answers. These surveys cover a wide range of topics, from politics to customer satisfaction and beyond. The opinions you collect and record are sent to our clients to help them make more informed business decisions. Importantly, this role does not involve any sales or collections! As a part-time telephone interviewer, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours, with evening shifts available as needed. The base wage for this position is $10 per hour, with a higher rate of $13 per hour for bilingual speakers (Spanish/English). We provide training for the right candidates, and no background check is required. To be successful in this role, you must be at least 16 years old, possess the ability to read and speak clearly, and handle difficult calls in a professional manner. You will need to be available to work within the hours of 4 PM to 11 PM CST from Monday to Friday, and 10 AM to 6 PM CST on weekends, with at least one weekend shift required each week. Additionally, you should be able to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately type them into the company's survey software platform. A typing speed of 30 words per minute while maintaining accuracy is preferred. This position requires you to provide your own equipment, including a laptop, headset, and webcam, and to have a dedicated, quiet working space free of distractions. Our system is compatible with Windows machines running Windows 10 or Mac computers with a recent version of macOS, but not Chromebooks. You will also need a reliable internet connection and a wired headset with a microphone.
