DNSFilter is seeking an experienced Director of Sales, MSP’s that can deliver consistent and aggressive revenue growth achievement through MSP recruitment and pipeline generation for our rapidly growing MSP segment. This will not be an individual contributor role and will be leading a team of experienced Partner Development Managers (PDM’s).
Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a remote environment and are familiar with working in a fast-paced hyper-growth SaaS start-up. This is a full-time and remote role, and is open to candidates in the United States and Canada.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of related experience and skills working with MSP’s
- 5+ years managing an MSP Sales Team with the demonstrated ability to build pipelines, achieve quota targets, and create promotional and campaign strategies
- MSP-related IT infrastructure technology experience is required and recent Cybersecurity experience is highly desirable
- Ability to close new MSP and MSP expansion opportunities and mitigate churn
- A consistent problem solver with the ability to be creative, ultimately generating new opportunities and removing obstacles for the team
- Data-Centric – It cannot be understated the need to work interdepartmentally to collect data and be able to interpret this data to improve forecasting skills, identify inefficiencies, and to use the data to make critical process improvements and other related business and investment decisions
- Proven experience using and leveraging CRM’s; Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, 6Sense, and other related critical sales and marketing tools
- Successful track record with meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
- Must be a self-starter and willing to be both a player and coach specifically with pipeline & conflict management and closing opportunities
- Exceptional conflict management and verbal and written communication skills
- Independent thinker and experience working in high-growth and changing environments – must be adaptable
- Ability to travel 25% or more of the time to channel partner locations in the United States and Canada
- Previous experience working in a remote environment.
At DNSFilter You Will:
- The Director of Sales, MSP’s will manage a team of PDM’s who sell directly to MSP’s while having the ability to apply partner relationship management skills that will be critical to ensure expansion opportunities and mitigate churn, along with our Customer Experience team.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing PDM team; providing guidance, problem-solving, and large-deal support to achieve targets.
- Track PDM team’s daily activities and pipeline creation goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive MSP sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration with our MSP’s in a direct sales motion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP’s to maximize sales opportunities through recruitment as well as expansion opportunities with our existing partner base; both direct and with distribution partners.
- Collaborate with DNSFilter’s distribution team to promote engagement, track and mitigate churn with Customer Success, and most importantly, increase new MSP recruitment and current MSP expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and product management to ensure alignment in Go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate the performance of MSP’s, conducting regular performance reviews and implementing improvement plans for expansion and retention.
- Identify and recruit new opportunities and expand the company's MSP ecosystem, directly and through our distribution partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and threats.
- Plan and manage the MSP marketing budget and provide coverage for MSP events with the Marketing team.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue, and market share with the ability to articulate, and present, in weekly forecast meetings and QBR’s.
- Drive the development and execution of marketing and sales enablement programs to support MSP/MSSP partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Travel ~25% or more of the time to tradeshows and channel partner events/locations in the United States and Canada

DNSFilter is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
