Learn more at .Job DescriptionThe Client Success resource will report to Experian Health, focus on maximizing client satisfaction and value by analyzing client data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to optimize the client success process.You'll have opportunity for:Strategic Planning -Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying important metrics and success factorsData Analysis - Use customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, providing applicable insights to all partnersCustomer Relationship Management - Build relationships with main client partners, addressing concerns, and identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Process Improvement - Identify process improvements and implement within the client success function to refine operations and enhance efficiency
- Performance Monitoring - Trac client success metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on progress to senior management.
- Collaboration - Working closely with other departments like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Available for 25-50% travel
- HFMA CRCR certification
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access
- 7+ years' Epic EMR Patient Access workflows and RTE interface experience
- Provider based background
- 5+ years experience with Healthcare Project Management
- 4+ year's experience with
