Headquartered in Silicon Valley, our team is distributed across the U.S. Join us in solving our clients’ biggest payment challenges.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our next-generation money movement platform. You’ll own the systems that power how money flows through our ecosystem with a focus on settlement, reconciliation, and general ledger integrations.In this role, you’ll be at the center of our financial infrastructure, working across product, engineering, and accounting teams to build scalable, reliable payment systems. You’ll drive execution across multiple payment rails and integrations, ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and performance at scale.We’re seeking someone with deep experience in the payments ecosystem, particularly in bill pay, money movement, and financial reconciliation. You should be equally comfortable diving into backend systems, managing cross-functional roadmaps, and defining strategic product direction.This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the future of how we move and track money and unlock new capabilities for the business as we scale.Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for our money movement general ledgering systems — ensuring funds flow accurately and are accounted for across internal platforms.
- Define and prioritize product requirements across key areas like settlement timing, transaction visibility, reconciliation tooling, and error handling
- Communicating the product development roadmap across agile teams
- Defining and documenting the user stories that will guide the technical product requirements and implementation in existing and new platform
- Owning the organization of the backlog and working proactively and collaboratively with Engineering management to ensure proper prioritization
- Leading the refinement and planning sessions to ensure the teams have adequately planned work
- Act as a subject matter expert and bridge the gap between business needs vs. technical task by collaborating with other product teams, engineering teams, and other internal stakeholders to enhance the money movement capabilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet both business goals and customer needs, with a keen focus on how money moves through internal and external networks
- Define and track key performance metrics, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of money movement processes.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends in payments, banking, and financial infrastructure to drive product innovation.
- Translate complex financial and accounting requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to launch products and support the full go-to-market process for product rollout
- Continue to contribute to documentation and update funds flow
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on money movement, reconciliation, and settlement
- An understanding of accounting principles and experience working directly with accounting teams
- Payments industry knowledge, including experience with ACH, wire transfers, card settlements, and reconciliation processes
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to leverage data in making informed product decisions
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, with experience guiding development teams and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Must be detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality product documentation
- Intrinsic curiosity to dive into complex problems and review solutions
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with accounting processes and financial events
- Base salary per year (paid semi-monthly)
