  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skill in Supply Chain and Logistics Management.

  • Maintain subject matter expertise and keep up-to-date with industry developments.

  • Continuously improve instructional quality by reviewing and applying innovative teaching methodologies and delivery methods.

  • Engage in professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness.

  • Plan, develop, and implement a variety of teaching methods and materials to support diverse learning styles and backgrounds.

  • Foster student engagement through case studies, simulations, group projects, and industry-relevant assignments.

  • Evaluate student performance based on established course objectives and learning outcomes.

  • Provide timely feedback and keep students informed of their academic progress.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

  • Submit grades, attendance rosters, and other required documentation within prescribed timelines.

  • Review, evaluate, and recommend appropriate textbooks and learning materials that support course objectives and industry relevance.

  • Teach classes at various times and locations to meet institutional and program needs, including online and hybrid formats if applicable.

  • Demonstrate competence in using classroom technology and show willingness to explore and adopt new instructional tools and platforms.

  • Use instructional equipment and facilities responsibly and courteously.

  • Assist in routine maintenance of instructional labs when necessary.

  • Adhere to all institutional policies and deadlines related to grading, attendance, and reporting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in supply chain and Logistics Management

  • Minimum of eighteen (18) graduate credit hours in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from an accredited business school

  • At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level

  • Experience teaching in both face-to-face and online modalities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Evidence of teaching effectiveness (e.g., student evaluations, peer reviews, teaching awards)

  • Relevant industry or business experience in the field of Supply Chain and Logistics Management
