- Meet with prospective dbt Cloud customers to assess which service experience makes sense for them
- Tailor new and existing customer onboarding enablement for your region
- Work with our customers in Asia-Pacific
- Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
- Are a natural cross collaborator
- Harbor an extreme attention to detail
- Can own the (Zoom) room filled with customer executives in varying industries, and aren't afraid to ask tough clarifying questions
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Are always thinking about how to balance scale with customer experience
- Have previously worked in a customer success or customer-facing project management role
- Can articulate why professional services can speed time-to-value

- Understand how dbt can positively impact a customer's day-to-day
