Job description: Job Posting Title: Quality Assurance ManagerReq ID: 10122711Job Description:The Quality Assurance Manager role manages the entire contract process at Disney Vacation Club (DVC). The quality assurance manager is an individual contributor who will work as part of a small team dedicated to the accuracy of sales, legal compliance, member understanding, and sales support. Quality Assurance Managers are assigned daily tasks and projects, including contract entry, review, phone queue inbound or outbound calls, sales support, and recording. We constantly strive to find better ways to do business and provide excellent experiences for our members.This position is based in Anaheim, CA.You will report to the Quality Assurance Operations ManagerYou Will:Contract Creation – Ensuring submitted contracts meet legal, regulatory, and financial guidelines. Preparing contract to be sent to Members through electronic document process.Closing – Facilitating closing process by reviewing documents with DVC Member either in person or remotely using the electronic signing and remote notary process. Reviewing all documents received from Members to ensure accuracy and completion.Member Support – Answer general product questions; troubleshoot technical questions with contract process; apply payments for purchase; resolve Member concerns; assist Members with questions about selling or transferring their membership; create contracts and apply payment for purchases made through Member website.Credit Underwriting – Reviewing credit reports and determining credit approval for financing purchase.Sales Support – Assist Sales team with answering general product questions; follow up on outstanding documents; troubleshoot technical questions with contract processPipeline Management – Follow up on contracts with outstanding documents to ensure contracts close within business goalsInventory Management – Monitor available inventory for sale and fulfill pending requestsRecording – Accurate and efficient recording of contracts within respective countiesMember Administration – Help update memberships to add/remove Members; process resale contracts; process buyback documents, etcYou Will Have:1+ years with hands on experience creating, reviewing, and editing real estate or timeshare contractsTime management with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet time bound goals, and handle emergency situationsComfortable supporting and partnering with multiple teams, working with both salaried and hourly Cast at all levelsExhibited ability to work in multiple computer systems while also being able to identify and resolve issuesExhibited critical thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter who excels in a team environment and who challenges the status quo by searching for opportunities to improve processesOrganizational skills with attention to detailCommunicate information written or verballyGuest service skills (in-person, over the phone, and email)Preferred QualificationsStrong proficiency in Spanish language is highly preferredLicensed Notary3+ years' experience in Real Estate property transactionsDisney Vacation Club or other timeshare product understandingRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferred EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalentAdditional InformationBenefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
