For additional information on remote work at Penn State, see .JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTSPenn State Hazleton, a member of the Penn State University Athletic Conference, is accepting applications for the Head Coach in the sport of Softball within the Department of Athletics. The Head Coach is responsible for practice preparation, player development, gameday coaching and recruiting. This position requires strict adherence to PSUAC, United States Collegiate Athletic Association and NCAA Division III rules.Primary hours are in-season from January to May; however, some off-season work is required which includes fall softball workouts/practices, recruiting as well as virtual and in-person meetings. Must be well versed in the sport of softball with previous coaching experience preferred. This is a part-time position.
