- Facilitate requirements gathering with customer teams for the following topics: Integration, Personas, Screen Flow, e-Signature, Email automation, Experience site, Schema, and reporting
- Configure screen flows to digitize client onboarding and contracting workflows
- Customer facing demos of configured components
- Partner with Product Owner to ensure understanding of existing and new features
- Consistently contribute to maintaining team Confluence pages and templates
- Collaborate with customer Salesforce teams for environment management and deployment
- Develop templates and best practices for future implementations
- Act as SME & resource within Implementation regarding all aspects Salesforce Implementation
- Consistently operates with a very high degree of initiative, creative problem-solving, and client satisfaction on the most complex projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Administrator expertise in areas including Profiles, Permissions, Sharing Settings and Schema
- Experience with Data Migration
- Experience with configuring AppExchange tools
- Exposure to 3rd party API integrations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Project, Outlook, Word and Excel, required
- Strong communication skills (internal and client audiences); consistent, positive attitude; professional, responsive, results-oriented, effective problem solver who seeks to understand how issues arise and prevent them from recurring; natural leader/driver
- Knowledge of the securities and insurance industries a plus
- Preferred Certifications: Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, or equivalent experience
- FinTech, RegTech or SaaS experience.
