- Cleans, oils, and polishes the bowling lanes and lane approaches adhering to established standards.
- Sweeps, dusts, and cleans other areas of the bowling facility.
- Collects and removes trash; and maintains all areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Hand sands and varnishes minor flaws in lanes until surface can be conditioned.
- Makes minor corrective adjustments to bowling lane machinery as necessary,and performs periodic minor preventive maintenance on automatic pinsetter and mechanical equipment.
- Maintains stock levels and records on spare parts for automatic pinsetter and mechanical equipment.
- Advises bowling facility management of unusual maintenance problems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and one every three years thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
- This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations
- This position requires the incumbent to meet the requirements to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and network access.
- Knowledge in the maintenance of bowling lanes is desired.
- Skill and ability to operate, control and clean heavy powered equipment.
- Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal Affiliation or a signed memorandum indicating the installation's decision on the 3-year residency requirement.

- A probationary period may be required.
