In this role, you'll leverage a robust platform and data analytics to help customers assess and improve their cyber posture, focusing on human-centric threats and metrics. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations, clear visualizations, and tailored reports that guide both internal strategies and customer outcomes. This role combines technical acumen with client engagement to help organizations meet their cybersecurity goals.Accountabilities:
- Analyze customer data to assess cyber resilience and deliver actionable insights
- Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visual presentations using tools like Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Looker Studio
- Present findings, trends, and recommendations to clients and internal teams in a clear, business-relevant format
- Serve as the subject matter expert on platform capabilities and data interpretation for premium support customers
- Support pre- and post-sales efforts by providing insights that align with customer success metrics
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and reporting processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Customer Experience, Product, and Sales to ensure insights are aligned with business goals
- 3–5+ years of experience in a data analytics, risk analysis, or cyber resilience-focused role
- Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, Snowflake, and data visualization tools like Looker
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE or DORA
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical data in accessible formats
- High attention to detail and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in regulated industries or critical infrastructure sectors is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-impact insights aligned with client needs
