Academic Approach began with a focused mission: to mentor students while building their key academic skills. Join our team of dedicated educators to deliver rewarding, highly personalized, high-impact 1-on-1 and classroom course instruction.About the Role:

Please note that this is not a full-time position, and it will not be a good fit for those seeking full-time work; while average hours per week vary drastically from instructor to instructor, most of our instructors average 8-12 instructional hours per week.At this juncture, we are beginning to look for new tutors/teachers to add to our team for the 2025-26 school year. Training will most likely not occur until August. If you are unable to commit to at least one full school year, we kindly ask that you not apply.About our Content Quiz:

We believe strongly in our robust tutor training. Our training modules are each a combination of synchronous sessions with a trainer and asynchronous work.
