• Accurately enter customer information and transactions into databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with order processing and track shipments.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate reports and maintain records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Expected salary: $17 - 22 per hour
