Made to both new and existing prospects.Agents will explain the request to pay with updated payment method, describe fee, and help the supplier to understand product value.Function between sales channels and business to facilitate lead management to help close lead.Servicing merchant inquiries and escalations around merchant enrollment/set upResearch skills to look up multiple data points and funnel information into ExcelA specialist will help customers set up the payment system to enable them to receive payments.May run reporting, provide business pertinent insight for meetings, and resolve leads needing more information.Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customerListen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customerGreet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon proceduresMaintain basic knowledge of client products and/or servicesPrepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as requiredParticipate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performanceTrack, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databaseRespond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staffThe ability to de-escalate situations and tough conversations around product offerings/pricingDeliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSYour skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. • The base salary range for this position is $16 per hour, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
