  • Operates, maintains, and repairs a multi-fueled high pressure system plant consisting of water tube boilers.
  • Operates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all auxiliary plant equipment and systems.
  • Conducts scheduled rotation for boiler operation to equalize rune time.
  • Ensures each boiler maintains proper functions under load conditions.
  • Performs visual inspections of plan equipment, shift assignments, and hourly record keeping.
  • Visually inspects outside equipment and checklist assignments.
  • Fuel tank inspections and preventive maintenance checklists of safety devises.
  • Monitors the Energy Management System to ensure temperatures and humidity are within acceptable parameters.
  • Utilizes the EMS system to respond to alarms initiated by equipment with the Boiler Pant such as carbon monoxide alarms, tank water level alarms, sump pump alarms.
Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts; 40 hours a week; includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

You may be exposed to refrigerant, smoke, dust, and chemicals.
