  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution

  • Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships with key brands

  • Manage multiple retail and restaurant construction projects nationwide

  • Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success

  • Lead project bidding, contract negotiations, and cost management

  • Conduct regular client meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns

  • Travel as needed to oversee project sites and meet with stakeholders

  • Utilize Smartsheet and Procore for project tracking and documentation (training available)

  • Identify and resolve project challenges, including budget overruns and timeline delays

  • 5-7 years of experience managing $1M-$5M retail or restaurant construction projects

  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel

  • Strong client-facing skills, able to represent the company professionally and build lasting relationships

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and general contractors independently

  • Experience working in Owner's Representative firms, General Contractors, or construction management roles

  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision

  • Adaptable problem-solver, capable of handling difficult conversations on budget overruns and project delays

  • Experience with Smartsheet and Procore is a plus, but training is available
