Job duties include price analysis, negotiations, subcontract documentation, purchase order maintenance, supplier performance management, and special assignments as required.In this role, you will:

- Procure professional services through the administration of purchase orders and subcontracts

- Lead the development of subcontract statements of work and terms and conditions for the procurement of professional services in support of Aeronautics' facilities and operations.

- Issue requests for proposals, conducts bidders' conferences/site visits, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, award and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

- Manage supplier relationships and deliverables

- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer objectives

- Lead teammates formally or informally
