Our mission includes driving technical excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-impact features that keep us ahead of the curve in a tightly regulated industry.As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Tech Enablement, you will be the connective tissue between our Engineering teams with a focus on our Enablement Functions. You'll lead our Operational Excellence Program, help our teams successfully make the transition to a full CI/CD world, and support our Regulated Release function, amongst other things. This role has a strong focus on our internal tech enablement functions and teams, with a relentless focus on helping us become as efficient as possible in modern software best practices.Responsibilities
- Take a context driven approach to driving technical and product programs by developing a deep understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming's goals and desired outcomes.
- Communicate, develop, and implement a data-driven strategy, approach, and roadmap for technical program management needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, inside and outside of Engineering, and collaborate with leaders to prioritize technical efforts that will move forward our operational excellence and release management programs
- Support our tech enablement teams Information Security, Quality Engineering, Platform Storage and Engineering in supporting their roadmaps and initiatives
- Remain current on technology and trends in engineering.
- Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities.
- Lead and streamline annual IT/InfoSec audits (internal, external, regulatory), manage findings and documentation, and enhance the audit artifact library in partnership with InfoSec and IT teams.
- Improve change management processes, publish bi-weekly release notes, and track KPIs on change velocity, approvals, and stability.
- 7+ years of TPM experience
- 8+ years of working directly w/ Software Engineering Teams
- Ability to interface and communicate with Engineering Teams, Product Leaders, and other key stakeholders such as Regulatory Compliance
- Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, and work with engineering teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize program scope and implementation plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate w/ Sr. Director level management
- Drive visibility and transparency of dates, upcoming milestones and release dates throughout the Sprint development process.
- Experience managing large scale development efforts using various tracking tools.
- Must be able to work independently with limited general supervision.
- Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery

- Experience with many SDLC Methodologies
- Experience with working across large tech organizations with multiple P&L Verticals and shared services domains (I.e. Amazon and within Amazon Music needing to utilize a shared payment services)
- Experience driving a Core Engineering Operational Excellence Programs, focused on continuous improvement against aggressive SLAs, SLOs, SLIs
- Experience in a Microservice based architecture, inclusive of the setup and utilization of pipelines enabled for a CI/CD framework
- Experience in a Scaled Agile organization that utilizes Scrum Methodology
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven reporting and KPIs.
