Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.Basic Qualifications5+ years experience as a product designerA portfolio demonstrating: shipment of multiple products successfully; strong expertise in applying interaction design patterns to solve complex workflowsExpert understanding of visual systems and practices, including layout, iconography, typography and have a curiosity and eye for pushing visual design in interfaces forwardExperience in leading product design from opportunity development, to concept, to shipmentA 0 to 1 mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity, partnering closely with product and engineering teammates to make decisions quickly, learn from them, and iteratePrototyping skills at multiple levels of fidelity and experience helping elevate prototyping quality and utilization across your teams in the pastFluency with user research practices and ability translate insights into actionsBachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, industrial design, product design, service design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsA curiosity for designing AI-powered features gracefully within existing product experiencesDesign innovator — you are excited to redefine a space by bringing novel, delightful ideas to the table. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
