Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee three types of instructor-led training (ILT) curriculums (webinars, virtual training classes, and in-person classes) offered primarily to external customers.

  • Facilitate, organize, schedule, and host virtual training events using a remote meeting platform, currently Cisco WebEx Training.

  • Support in-person class sections throughout the state by purchasing inventory of supplies/demo equipment, shipping materials to remote locations and directly attending/supporting remote locations when needed.

  • Utilize, demonstrate and recommend usage of numerous training tools like Kahoot, Mentimeter, and Poll Everywhere to Office of Safety Services (OSS) instructors.

  • Assist internal and external customers with inquiries related to the BWC Learning Management System as a system administrator.

  • Manage accreditation with numerous CEU provider accreditation boards.

  • 10-20% travel.
