Checkr is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to help fuel our rapid growth. As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you will help us optimize our existing performance marketing channels and identify new channels to scale. Our paid digital marketing channels are an integral part of our acquisition strategy, so this role provides the opportunity to drive significant business impact.The ideal candidate has experience executing strategy for digital marketing channels at a fast-growing company. You will leverage your channel expertise, analytical skills, experimentation mindset, and creativity to identify opportunities to scale and optimize across our paid channels. - Campaign strategy and execution: Define and oversee all paid acquisition strategies to fuel growth in our SMB and Commercial segments. Our paid search programs are run by an agency which you will actively manage, and the remainder of our channels will be run in-house directly by you.
- New channel expansion: Rapidly identify, test, and scale new marketing channels to drive growth. Develop a framework for quick experimentation and iteration to assess channel viability and performance.
- Conversion rate optimization: Drive optimization via experimentation on our paid landing pages in close collaboration with our design, website, and analytics teams.
- Budget management: Manage our paid media budget, determining optimal spend allocation across channels based on our goals.
- Data-driven decision making: Analyze datasets to understand our paid marketing funnel and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with finance, analytics, marketing operations, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies across the organization, fostering a collaborative approach.
- Deep expertise in digital / performance marketing across search, social, affiliate, and display channels (6+ years preferred). Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns at scale is a must-have.
- Experience developing and executing a paid acquisition strategy at a fast growing company (experience in SMB B2B tech preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in quickly testing and scaling new marketing channels, with a focus on speed and efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset. Experience analyzing campaign datasets, website metrics, and internal conversion data with a proven ability to translate data insights into action
- Proficient with basic analytical tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Looker, Google Analytics)
- A strong attention to detail and top-tier organizational and project management skills
- Ability to drive projects forward across multiple teams and manage multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency

Expected salary: $146000 - 172000 per year
