Our goal is to continually drive innovation and reinforce the safety and integrity of the blockchain industry, providing a secure and reliable environment for all open web adopters.As a Technical Lead, you will own the architecture, development, and deployment of blockchain-based verification systems that enhance trust in digital asset platforms through cryptographic proofs and industry-leading security practices.What You'll Do:Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural best practices.Translate business and product requirements into actionable technical designs and implementation plans.Design, build, and maintain complex software systems and services.Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers to support their growth and ensure engineering excellence.Identify and mitigate technical risks, bottlenecks, and challenges.Stay informed on emerging technologies, blockchain advancements, and industry trends.Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.It's a Match If You Have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.4+ years of professional software development experience.2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.Strong programming proficiency in TypeScript, Go, and Python.Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, NestJS, and Gin or Echo frameworks.Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).Solid understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and engineering best practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Nice to have:Knowledge of Web3 technologies, including smart contract interactions and Layer 1 blockchains.Experience with DevOps practices and tooling (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).Additional programming experience with JavaYou Will Have Access To:
